Falling ill in the middle of a negotiation week, an investor meeting, a trade-fair week or a contract signing creates a very specific medical requirement: fast, discreet, qualified care, with a documented diagnosis for the return trip and an invoice that is reimbursed back home. Private house calls meet these requirements far better than any statutory on-call service.

Our team understands the corporate environment. We arrive in civilian clothing, typically with an English-speaking licensed physician, and coordinate on request directly with secretariat, executive assistant or concierge. Invoices are issued in German or English, the diagnosis bilingually documented if needed. Sick notes are prepared in the form the home-country employer needs, including an English supplement if required. We communicate with assistance providers (International SOS, AXA Assistance, Falck Global, Europ Assistance, AIG Travel Guard) and pre-agree the treatment scope on request.

Bilingual sick note, international travel insurance, assistance coordination

We issue a medical certificate for the home-country employer bilingually (DE/EN) on one document or as separate certificates. The GOÄ invoice is provided with an English diagnosis translation. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card or (with pre-authorisation) direct billing with your travel insurer. For longer stays we organise follow-up visits or referrals to a Munich specialist practice.

How a business-trip visit works

You call RAB Arztbesuche via the call button, or your secretariat does. We take down symptoms, hotel name / apartment address, phone, preferred language and insurance / assistance. Within minutes you have a realistic time window. The physician calls before arrival, comes to the hotel, examines, adds diagnostics as indicated, treats on site.

You receive a bilingual certificate, a prescription arranged with a Munich pharmacy on request, and a GOÄ invoice with an English diagnosis translation. We can speak directly with your assistance provider or insurer. Follow-up visits or specialist referrals are arranged as needed.

Billing via GOÄ and international travel insurance

GOÄ-compliant billing through our Privatärztliche Verrechnungsstelle. The invoice is itemised by GOÄ code, with English diagnosis translation on request. Typical cost for a hotel visit with examination, rapid test and first-line treatment: EUR 150 to 300 depending on time of day, weekday and diagnostic scope.
