  2. Symptoms & age, a short description. The doctor takes the full history on site.
  3. Address & contact, street, postal code and district in Hamburg, plus a phone number.
  4. Confirmation, usually within 15 minutes by phone or in writing.
  5. House call, typically a 60–90 minute response time anywhere in Hamburg.
  6. Invoice (GOÄ), itemised under the German medical fee schedule, reimbursed by PKV/Beihilfe.
