Availability & response times
For acute visits we are reachable by phone and via online booking. Use the contact form for organisational questions or callback requests. We usually respond within a few minutes and within one hour at most during service hours.

Service area
We coordinate doctor house visits across Berlin and nearby Brandenburg, including major districts and reasonable outbound corridors where scheduling allows.
Emergency note
For unconsciousness, severe chest pain, breathing difficulty or heavy bleeding, call 112 immediately. Our private on-call service supports acute, non–immediately-life-threatening situations, not the rescue chain.
