The online form is built for speed and fits on a single page: you pick a day and time, describe your symptoms briefly and enter your contact details. We assign the next available doctor and confirm the appointment, usually within 15 minutes. Please keep 112 for life-threatening emergencies; we are not a substitute for emergency services or the ER.
- Pick a time, day (default: Today) and time, as soon as possible or a 90-minute window with at least 60 minutes lead time. Daily 6am–midnight.
- Symptoms & age, a short description of the current symptoms and the age of the person to be treated. The detailed history is taken by the doctor on site or by phone.
- Address & contact details, street, postcode and city across Berlin and nearby Brandenburg, phone for callbacks; email optional for confirmation.
- Submit & confirmation, sent directly with no extra step. You receive a written or phone appointment confirmation, usually within 15 minutes; if capacity is tight we call with alternatives.
- House visit, typically with 60–90 minutes response time. The doctor arrives with typical home-visit equipment.
- Invoice (GOÄ), private patients and self-payers receive a transparent invoice under the German physicians’ fee schedule (GOÄ).
Costs & GOÄ, orientation
Fees depend on the type and extent of care (GOÄ items). After the visit you receive a structured invoice for submission to private health insurance or Beihilfe (civil-service allowance). Statutory-insurance patients typically use our service as self-pay.
