Vadim Chami

Vadim Chami is a licensed physician (German Approbation since 2017) with additional qualifications in emergency medicine, addiction medicine and special pain therapy, providing private house calls for RAB Arztbesuche. He completed his medical degree in 2009 and has worked in German hospitals and medical on-call services since 2015.

His clinical path runs through internal medicine: residency at Innklinikum, an academic teaching hospital of LMU Munich (2017–2019), followed by internal medicine and geriatrics at Vivantes Klinikum im Friedrichshain in Berlin (2020–2022) and at MediClin Müritz-Klinikum. Since 2024 he has focused on medical on-call services, and since October 2025 he additionally works at IMES-Schlossklinik Mecklenburgische Schweiz, a private acute-care clinic. Since 2021 he has also served as supervising physician of the DOCTOR LAB abstinence testing centre in Munich.

For rapid diagnostics during house calls he brings broad examination skills: echocardiography, abdominal ultrasound, thyroid and vascular ultrasound, ECG and long-term ECG, ergometry, spirometry and blood gas analysis. He also holds qualifications in basic psychosomatic care, nutritional medicine, sports medicine and traffic medicine under § 11 (2.1) of the German driving licence regulation (FeV).

He is a member of the German Society of Internal Medicine (DGIM), the German Society of Addiction Medicine (DGS), the German Society of Sports Medicine and Prevention (DGSP) and the German Society for Nutritional Medicine (DGEM), among others. He volunteers as physician for cardiac exercise groups, including TSV Wittenau and Blau-Gelb Köpenick in Berlin. Vadim Chami speaks seven languages, including German, Russian, Ukrainian and Arabic.
