The district of Spandau stretches from Spandau central station across the historic old town, Wilhelmstadt, Hakenfelde, Siemensstadt and Haselhorst southwards to Staaken, and further south through Gatow and Kladow to the Wannsee. More than 240,000 people live here. The mix is classic West Berlin: an established middle class in Wilhelmstadt and Hakenfelde, premium waterside living in Kladow and Gatow, industrial heritage and generous 1930s housing in Siemensstadt, large residential estates in the Falkenhagener Feld and Staaken.
The private-patient clientele lives mainly in the waterside areas of Kladow and Gatow, as well as in the quieter streets of Hakenfelde, villas, single-family houses, terraced houses with gardens, often overlooking the Havel or the Wannsee. RAB is available daily from 6 am to midnight, 365 days a year. In Spandau we expect 60 to 90 minutes arrival time from the moment we accept the call. Central Spandau, Wilhelmstadt and Siemensstadt are at the lower end; Kladow and Gatow at the upper. In the evening and at weekends (when Heerstrasse eases) the journey is significantly faster.
