Sick notes (AU-Schein), fit-to-fly forms, and travel unfitness certificates are issued after physician assessment and can be delivered by e-mail or post.

On request, RAB arranges ongoing GP care through private practice Reiche in Berlin-Charlottenburg (private insurance and self-pay patients), ensuring seamless continuity of care.
Billed as private medical services under the German fee schedule (GOÄ). Not every item is clinically appropriate for every visit, the attending physician will advise on-site.
Not an emergency service: for life-threatening emergencies, call 112 immediately.
